This General Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds and cancellations for annual subscriptions to the GovProposalCentral database. By subscribing, users agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
Refund Eligibility
Annual Subscriptions:

Refunds are available only within 14 days of the original subscription purchase date.

No pro-rata or partial refunds are provided after this 14-day period.
Cancellation Policy
Annual Subscriptions:

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

Access to the GovProposalCentral database will remain active until the end of the current subscription term.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations outside the 14-day refund window.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for the following:

Services that have already been rendered.

Accounts terminated due to violations of the Terms of Service.

Failure to access, use or take advantage of the database during the subscription term.
